At iQ Academy, we offer numerous ways for families to interact with each other and our school. We believe that social development is equally important to academic development for our students.
Summer time is a great opportunity for students to have fun learning and experiencing a broad scope of topics. K¹² Online Summer Camps run an hour a day for a week and come right into your home through the internet, bringing the world to you! Camp titles range from water safety, pen pals, how to make and app, and our very popular, movie making, just to name a few!
Virtual School doesn’t mean you’re all alone! K12 Clubs allow students from around the world to join in over one hundred clubs opportunities over a vast array of topics. Each month clubs meet to connect students on topics related to history, language art, art, music, photography and other hobbies, building success and impacting the world.
Do you like to compete? Don’t miss the opportunities to share your skills in the competitions K12 hosts each year. You won’t want to miss the annual Art Competition, Spelling Bee, and many more!
Whether it’s philanthropy, leadership workshops, special days celebrating events and history, or fun gatherings. K12 always has its eye to ways you can get involved in things that interest you and will help you grow!
We also offer a wide variety of activities focused on parents and learning coaches, such as orientations, ongoing workshops, parent clubs and online sessions hosted specifically for parents to connect with other parents.
STEM Community Programming
Students involved in our STEM+ coursework will be involved in a variety of unique community activities, including summer camp opportunities, cross-curricular project assignments, and academic outings that connect the iQ Academy Kansas learning environment with the real world. In addition, we’ll provide a number of different job shadowing options that are integrated into our coursework.
